We believe in a new future for logistics units that is 100% electric. London’s Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding so we’ve installed 100% car and van charge points. All our units are built on a net zero carbon basis and rated BREEAM excellent.

Our energy efficient hubs have maximum rooftop solar PV systems connected to advanced battery storage to reduce running costs and pollution.

Our low-impact, efficient units have been designed with customer and employee wellbeing in mind. Technologically advanced, easy to lease, our workspaces are well-lit, calm, smart and productive environments.

Plenty of daylight, LED lighting and ionized air conditioning, doors and lifts that are touchless, all keep the workplace healthy. All units are close to public transport with onsite employee parking (with charge points). Secure bicycle storage comes as standard.
