John has been a dynamic presence in the property industry for over 50 years. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1968 whilst working at Gerald Eve & Co. He joined the family firm soon after – H.B. Kingston, as it then was, developed hundreds of flats and houses mainly in Surrey and Sussex. After a few years, he established the commercial development and investment arm of the Group, building medium sized suburban offices of good quality with generous car parking. A number of industrial developments were undertaken too.
As a keen supporter of the Arts, he commissioned David Wynne to create various sculptures to stand in front of several office buildings enhancing both the building and the street scene for all to enjoy. John continues to take an active interest in all areas of the business, and is particularly focused on environmental, social, charitable and governance issues.

David has over 25 years of expertise in the acquisition, development and disposal of property assets. As co-founder of the Chancerygate Group in the 1990s, he acquired and developed over £200m of industrial units. Moving on to create Space Property, he developed a further one million sq ft of multi-let industrial estates working with partners including, Legal & General BlackRock, Aberdeen Standard and Investec.
With significant experience and a strong track record in capital raising, acquisitions, debt structuring and asset and fund management, working closely with the GLi team, David is responsible for identifying and structuring new opportunities.

George began his career as an Investment Manager, spending three years in the City, first with Morgan Stanley and then London & Capital. Joining Kingston Estates in 2007, he was instrumental in setting up its first value-add commercial property opportunity fund in 2009, which he then managed successfully until its closure in 2016. He has managed over £250m of commercial investment and development deals, with a variety of risk/return profiles, and worked with a range of private and institutional investors.
George works closely with the GLi senior management to set the strategic direction, to formulate policy and manage key customer relationships.

Will is a logistics and warehouse sector specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with major institutions, private equity houses and property companies, predominantly around Greater London and the South East.
A former Director at CBRE within the Industrial Capital Markets Team, his primary focus at GLi is as Head of Transactions, responsible for acquiring sites and leasing buildings. He has considerable expertise in business strategy, investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio amalgamation and development funding. He has demonstrated a flair for identifying new off-market, opportunistic deals, with an extensive knowledge of the design and development process.
Outside the office, Will enjoys a variety of activities including motorsport, rugby and skiing.

Trudy has over 10 years’ experience advising real estate funds and occupiers, offering end-to-end project and development management expertise within the industrial and commercial sectors.
Trudy previously worked at TFT, where she was responsible for delivering numerous extensive schemes on behalf of large institutional investors. As lead project manager, she previously acted on behalf of KSP on various acquisitions, working on design, planning, and overarching sustainability requirements.
Using her extensive experience, Trudy will help manage the delivery of GLi projects across the portfolio. Her knowledge of design, planning, development, and sustainability requirements provides KSP with added value when appraising site acquisitions.

Alex qualified MRICS while at Weatherall Green & Smith in the 1990s, before joining the industrial team of the UK’s largest property-owning pension fund, Coal Pension Properties (managed by LaSalle Investment Management) under Ian Culwick and Brian Ellinthorpe. He later joined Savills Commercial and the teams that manage several large pension fund mandates including Diageo’s and the Charities Property fund. In 2009 Alex left the mortally wounded Drivers Jonas before its takeover by Deloitte and made his first industrial investment, the Royal London industrial estate in Park Royal. Since 2009 Alex has bought, managed, let, refurbished and sold approximately fifteen industrial properties, through limited companies and partnerships, many of which were with Space Property – leading to the idea to formalise the relationship and form Kingston Space Properties.
Alex excels at finding off-market opportunities and identifying emerging industry trends, with a hands-on approach to managing projects from inception to delivery. Alex has a degree in Biological Sciences from Exeter University (1994) which predates Weatherall Green & Smith and Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from South Bank polytechnic.

Rob is an Associate in the transactions team, where he screens and underwrites investment opportunities. Before joining KSP, he spent three years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, specialising in Central London development capital markets. In that role, he advised clients on development opportunities and strategies.
Rob holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in International Business from Loughborough University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. At GLi, Rob’s responsibilities include monitoring the performance fundamentals of GLi’s existing assets, forecasting return metrics on potential acquisitions, and assisting with the leasing of developed assets.

Head of Communications
Simon Johnson has over 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing working with tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. As creative consultant, he has helped develop companies from seed capital to series A funding with venture capital funds Initialized Capital, Designer Fund and Y Combinator. He has taken the lead on brand strategy, the evolution of visual and verbal identity, designed and led digital marketing campaigns and created social campaigns as part of ESG outreach.
Bringing this experience to GLi, Simon has returned to London and is responsible for communications and marketing for the company and also takes the lead with Alex on sustainability and ESG policy.

Michael brings to the KSP team over 30 years accounting and financial management experience. As Office Practice Manager, he worked at Slater Maidment, responsible for the preparation of partner accounts and client statutory returns. In 2008 he was an Accounts Manager at RSM UK Ltd. (previously Baker Tilly) before moving to Kingston Estates Ltd in 2011 where he was responsible for all accounts management.
In 2020 he joined KSP as Finance Manager where Michael uses his extensive experience to advise and handle the wide range of accounting challenges involved in running a large property and asset management platform.

Kieran has over 5 years of experience providing project and development management services to developers, funds, and occupiers within the industrial and commercial sectors. He is skilled a coordinating multi-disciplinary teams through the conception, design, planning, construction, handover, and occupation stages of the projects.
Prior to joining KSP, Kieran worked at Ridge and Partners LLP, where he was responsible for delivering over £100m of industrial development projects as Lead Project Manager on behalf of large private developers.
Kieran will assist with the management of the GLi projects across the portfolio, leveraging his experience in managing large industrial developments across the UK.

Mark is part of the Fund Management team at PATRIZIA with overall responsibility for the GLi platform and is involved in the operation and management of the TransEuropean value add Fund series. With a particular emphasis on the logistics sector, he is focused on executing fund strategies and delivering strong performance for investors. Mark previously worked for Prologis in the Fund Management arm of the business based in Amsterdam.
Mark partners with the KSP team in the strategy and operation of GLi, and is involved across all aspects of the platform.

Luke Le Brun

Luke Le Brun
Asset Management Director, MRICS
Luke Le Brun leads Patrizia’s Industrial and Logistics Asset Management in the UK. His responsibilities include application and completion of asset enhancing initiatives across all UK-invested funds, and oversight of key operating partners. Luke is delivering asset management and development business plans across all risk profiles, with a UK Industrial and logistics portfolio comprising £900m of assets under management. Luke is co-chair of Patrizia’s pan-European Logistics Sector Specialist Team and holds an MA (Hons) in Real Estate from Reading University.
Luke is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the business plans, developments and asset management initiatives, and partners with the KSP team in the identification, acquisition and disposal of investment assets.
