GLi – a JV between PATRIZIA and KSP – is pleased to announce that PR1, their ultra-sustainable logistics development in Park Royal, has been awarded “Deal of the Year – 50,000 to 100,000 sq ft” award at the recent Industrial Agents Society Awards ceremony. The unit was pre-let to Classic Fine Foods demonstrating the market demand for prime industrial warehouses that are designed for a net-zero carbon future in London.
PR1 stands as a best-in-class example of common sense, sustainable development in the industrial and logistics sector. It features an all-electric infrastructure, 100% EV parking charge points for car and van fleets, and an optimum solar photovoltaic (PV) rooftop coverage connected to advanced battery storage systems to save occupier energy costs. This groundbreaking development is specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of logistics occupiers while enhancing the communities it serves.
GLi remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering best-in-class industrial units and sustainable developments throughout London. The next milestones on this journey are PR2, the second Park Royal site (sq. ft), which is currently under construction and expected to be available in Q3 2024 and CR1 & CR2 (sq ft) in Croydon.
