Chief Executive Officer
David has over 25 years of expertise in the acquisition, development and disposal of property assets. As co-founder of the Chancerygate Group in the 1990s, he acquired and developed over £200m of industrial units. Moving on to create Space Property, he developed a further one million sq ft of multi-let industrial estates working with partners including, Legal & General BlackRock, Aberdeen Standard and Investec.
With significant experience and a strong track record in capital raising, acquisitions, debt structuring and asset and fund management, working closely with the GLi team, David is responsible for identifying and structuring new opportunities.

Will Ikin
Investment Director, MRICS
Will is a logistics and warehouse sector specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with major institutions, private equity houses and property companies, predominantly around Greater London and the South East.
A former Director at CBRE within the Industrial Capital Markets Team, his primary focus at GLi is as Head of Transactions, responsible for acquiring sites and leasing buildings. He has considerable expertise in business strategy, investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio amalgamation and development funding. He has demonstrated a flair for identifying new off-market, opportunistic deals, with an extensive knowledge of the design and development process.
Outside the office, Will enjoys a variety of activities including motorsport, rugby and skiing.

Rob Gibbs
Investment Associate, MRICS
Rob is an Associate in the transactions team, where he screens and underwrites investment opportunities. Before joining KSP, he spent three years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, specialising in Central London development capital markets. In that role, he advised clients on development opportunities and strategies.
Rob holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in International Business from Loughborough University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. At GLi, Rob’s responsibilities include monitoring the performance fundamentals of GLi’s existing assets, forecasting return metrics on potential acquisitions, and assisting with the leasing of developed assets.

Simon Johnson
Head of Communications
Simon Johnson has over 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing working with tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. As creative consultant, he has helped develop companies from seed capital to series A funding with venture capital funds Initialized Capital, Designer Fund and Y Combinator. He has taken the lead on brand strategy, the evolution of visual and verbal identity, designed and led digital marketing campaigns and created social campaigns as part of ESG outreach.
Bringing this experience to GLi, Simon has returned to London and is responsible for communications and marketing for the company and also takes the lead with Alex on sustainability and ESG policy.

Luke Le Brun

Luke Le Brun leads Patrizia’s Industrial and Logistics Asset Management in the UK. His responsibilities include application and completion of asset enhancing initiatives across all UK-invested funds, and oversight of key operating partners. Luke is delivering asset management and development business plans across all risk profiles, with a UK Industrial and logistics portfolio comprising £900m of assets under management. Luke is co-chair of Patrizia’s pan-European Logistics Sector Specialist Team and holds an MA (Hons) in Real Estate from Reading University.
Luke is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the business plans, developments and asset management initiatives, and partners with the KSP team in the identification, acquisition and disposal of investment assets.
