GLi is proud to announce that PR2 in Park Royal has been shortlisted for a prestigious Industrial Agents Society (IAS) award as ‘ESG Initiative of the Year’. This nomination follows our 2023 win for “Deal of the Year – 50,000 to 100,000 sq. ft”. This achievement highlights PR2’s outstanding contribution to sustainability and environmental innovation for the urban industrial sector.
PR2 has been recognised for its impressive energy efficiency and sustainability features. Achieving an EPC rating of A+ and a BREEAM Excellent certification, PR2 sets a new standard for environmentally friendly industrial spaces within Greater London. Among its key features are 100% electric van and car charging stations, and a fully integrated rooftop solar PV system with battery storage. These installations are expected to save an estimated 38,548.25 kg of carbon annually and reduce occupier energy costs by over £4.4 million over twenty years.

Its strategic location, the use of advanced sustainable materials, and innovative architectural design make it a standout project within our portfolio.
