Chief Executive Officer
David has over 25 years of expertise in the acquisition, development and disposal of property assets. As co-founder of the Chancerygate Group in the 1990s, he acquired and developed over £200m of industrial units. Moving on to create Space Property, he developed a further one million sq ft of multi-let industrial estates working with partners including, Legal & General BlackRock, Aberdeen Standard and Investec.
With significant experience and a strong track record in capital raising, acquisitions, debt structuring and asset and fund management, working closely with the GLi team, David is responsible for identifying and structuring new opportunities.

Will Ikin
Investment Director, MRICS
Will is a logistics and warehouse sector specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with major institutions, private equity houses and property companies, predominantly around Greater London and the South East.
A former Director at CBRE within the Industrial Capital Markets Team, his primary focus at GLi is as Head of Transactions, responsible for acquiring sites and leasing buildings. He has considerable expertise in business strategy, investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio amalgamation and development funding. He has demonstrated a flair for identifying new off-market, opportunistic deals, with an extensive knowledge of the design and development process.
Outside the office, Will enjoys a variety of activities including motorsport, rugby and skiing.

Mark Krol
Executive Director – Investment Management
Mark is Executive Director – Investment Management at KSP, bringing close to 20 years of industry experience in investment management and acquisitions within the logistics real estate sector. With a strong track record in value add investing, he was previously part of the Fund Management team at PATRIZIA where he spent 15 years overseeing the operation and management of the TransEuropean value-add fund series, a circa €2bn pan-European, multi-sector closed-ended fund series—with particular responsibility for the logistics sector.
Through the GLi Platform, a joint venture between PATRIZIA and KSP established in 2020, Mark led the London urban logistics development programme, formulating and implementing strategy for next-generation warehouse developments within the M25. During his tenure at PATRIZIA, he was involved in the acquisition, management and execution of approximately €3bn of transactions across Europe and contributed to the successful fundraising of four value-add vehicles totalling circa €1.6bn of equity.
Before PATRIZIA, Mark worked in the Fund Management division at Prologis, based at their European headquarters in Amsterdam, developing his logistics and development expertise across 12 European markets. He began his career at JLL in London, where he qualified as an MRICS chartered surveyor.
At KSP, Mark oversees strategic delivery, investment performance and investor relations across the logistics and data centre platforms, ensuring disciplined execution across the full investment cycle, from acquisition through to realisation.

Estelle is Founder and Director of Optima Property Consultants, offering a flexible client representative role to lead and manage all aspects of property development. She combines commercial awareness with technical ability to manage risk and maximize value across the development lifecycle, from inception and land assembly through to design, town planning, and professional team management.
Estelle also serves as Development Director at Lenrose Investments, where she oversees development activities and strategic initiatives.
Previously, Estelle was a Director at Castlebrooke Investments and Head of Development at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where she spent over 11 years leading development projects and building extensive experience across the commercial real estate sector.
At KSP, Estelle works as Development Consultant, applying her expertise to support the company’s development activities and strategic initiatives.

Head of Communications
Simon Johnson has over 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing working with tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. As creative consultant, he has helped develop companies from seed capital to series A funding with venture capital funds Initialized Capital, Designer Fund and Y Combinator. He has taken the lead on brand strategy, the evolution of visual and verbal identity, designed and led digital marketing campaigns and created social campaigns as part of ESG outreach.
Bringing this experience to GLi, Simon has returned to London and is responsible for communications and marketing for the company and also takes the lead with Alex on sustainability and ESG policy.

Rob is an Associate in the transactions team, where he screens and underwrites investment opportunities. Before joining KSP, he spent three years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, specialising in Central London development capital markets. In that role, he advised clients on development opportunities and strategies.
Rob holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in International Business from Loughborough University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. At GLi, Rob’s responsibilities include monitoring the performance fundamentals of GLi’s existing assets, forecasting return metrics on potential acquisitions, and assisting with the leasing of developed assets.

Sam graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with Latin Honours.
At KSP, Sam has responsibility for asset management across KSP’s portfolio, organizing tenant invoicing, coordinating maintenance and security arrangements, and ensuring smooth operational delivery across all sites. He handles the operational requirements of the company, providing essential support that keeps KSP’s platforms running efficiently. Sam also manages digital marketing and social media while supporting the day-to-day running of the company across a wide range of activities.

Charlie joins us as a graduate development surveyor and has recently completed his MSc in Real Estate at Henley Business School, University of Reading.
Before joining KSP, Charlie gained experience across the commercial property sector through roles at DTRE, Fox Lloyd Jones and Country Large Properties, working across financial modelling, market analysis, development appraisal and leasing. He also holds a 2:1 BSc in International Business and Marketing from the University of Leeds, where his dissertation examined the UK and Dubai commercial real estate sectors post-COVID-19.
At KSP, Charlie supports the investment team on acquisitions as the company continues to grow its industrial and logistics portfolio across London and expand into the data centre sector.

Luke Le Brun leads Patrizia’s Industrial and Logistics Asset Management in the UK. His responsibilities include application and completion of asset enhancing initiatives across all UK-invested funds, and oversight of key operating partners. Luke is delivering asset management and development business plans across all risk profiles, with a UK Industrial and logistics portfolio comprising £900m of assets under management. Luke is co-chair of Patrizia’s pan-European Logistics Sector Specialist Team and holds an MA (Hons) in Real Estate from Reading University.
Luke is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the business plans, developments and asset management initiatives, and partners with the KSP team in the identification, acquisition and disposal of investment assets.
